Return Policy
We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. In the case of stock being sent by courier clients have 72 hours from time of collection by courier, to report missing or damaged items. No claims will be entertained thereafter.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at sales@bethalsigns.co.za. If your return is accepted, you may return you package at your own expense to: 29 Bekker street, Trichardt, MP, 2300, South Africa. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and correct if needed.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item. No branded items may be returned for any reason whatsoever!
Once an order for memory sticks has been collected from us, we unfortunately cannot accept a return on it.
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale/clearence items cannot be returned.
We do not accept returns or changes to orders for items that need to be assembled or consolidated.
We will not accept any returns on “unbranded or branded” workwear items that have had tape specially applied as these are not ex-stock items. We will only accept returns on workwear items that are held in stock and readily available.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. For clothing or footwear purchases, request a size chart before purchasing to avoid any returns and unnessasery returns expenses. Stock availability should also be checked before check-out.
Refunds
If you received your item, you are required to return it to 29 Bekker street, Trichardt, MP, 2300, South Africa within 7 days. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Lead times exclude weekends, South-African public holidays and Bethal Signs annual shutdown period.
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at sales@bethalsigns.co.za and send your item to: 29 Bekker street, Trichardt, MP, 2300, South Africa.
Should we supply the incorrect Product or if the Product supplied is damaged or faulty, Bethal Signs shall exchange the Product for a new one, provided that the damaged or incorrect unit is returned in its original packaging with all warranty cards, manuals and accessories within 7 (seven) days of the delivery of the Product to you. Cash refunds will not be given. We will replace any damaged or faulty Product or an incorrect Product with a new Product within a reasonable amount of time. In the case of refunds, any monies due to you will be paid back into the bank account from which payment was received from you.
Items with seals on them such as laptops, cell phones etc will not be accepted back if the seal is broken. This will be regarded as an used item.
Cancellation
If you would like to cancel an order this may be done by emailing us on sales@bethalsigns.co.za. You will be able to cancel an order up until the point a Branding Layout is approved. A 15% handling fee will be levied against cancelled orders prior to the abovementioned cut-off time.
We will only accept a cancellation of an order in circumstances where the Products are unbranded and returned to us in their original condition together with the packaging within 7 (seven) days after delivery to you, and provided the Products have not been used or otherwise altered in any way whatsoever.
Bethal Signs shall be entitled to retain any payment already received from you in respect of delivery fees where a Product has already been delivered to you prior to your cancellation of the order, as set out above.
If you cancel your payment for any reason or if your Credit Card should cease to be valid for whatever reason, you will nevertheless be bound to pay to Bethal Signs the full purchase price, including all costs incurred by Bethal Signs in respect of any Products already delivered to you, and which you have not returned to us as set out above.
Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies in law, Bethal Signs shall be entitled to cancel forthwith any sale and/or your registration if you should breach any of your obligations.
Warranties
To the extent that the Products are altered contrary to the instructions, or after having been delivered to the delivery address stipulated by you the Products or property in which the Products are installed have been subjected to misuse or abuse, Bethal Signs and/or manufacturer of the Products will not be obliged to honour any warranties applicable to such Products. Warranties do not apply to ordinary wear and tear.
