Commencement of Artwork
Commencement of artwork for approval will only start once full payment (for non-account holders) or official purchase orders (for account holders) are received. Please allow 1 - 3 working days after full payment or official purchase orders are received for artwork to be completed. Please forward proof of payment to email@example.com and notify relevant salesperson of proof sent.
Acceleration fees may apply to a minimum of R250 on top of the total applies to rush jobs OR...
Jobs needed next day = 50%
obs needed in 2 working days = 25%
Jobs needed in 5 working days = 10%
All applies after artwork approval.
ETA / Installation date wil be confirmed after artwork approval.
Rush Orders and Lead Times are based on production capacity and are not guaranteed.
Please allow approximately 10 (ten) working days delivery after artwork approval and fully paid on branded items and approximately 3-7 working days after deposit paid on non-branded items unless otherwise specified. Delivery charges will apply for places beyond 10km radius of Bethal Signs.
Any dates quoted for delivery of the goods are approximate only and Bethal Signs shall not be liable for any delay in delivery of the goods howsoever caused.
Where the Goods are to be delivered in instalments, each delivery shall constitute a separate contract and failure by Bethal Signs to deliver any one or more of the instalments in accordance with these Conditions or any claim by the Customer in respect of any one or more instalments shall not entitle the Customer to treat the Contract as repudiated.
In no circumstances shall Bethal Signs be responsible for any other loss (including loss of profit) whether direct or indirect or consequential costs, damages, charges, or expenses arising out of such late delivery.
Tracking your order
Once your order is in production phase, you will receive an e-mail notification with your Job Card / Order number. Please use this in all correspondence and discussions with any team member at Bethal Signs to track your order and its progress.
Prices are based on quantities and sizes and may vary accordingly. Prices are only valid while stock lasts. Bethal Signs reserves the right, by giving notice to the Customer at any time before delivery, to increase the price to reflect any increase in the cost to Bethal Signs which is due to any factor beyond the control of Bethal Signs (such as, without limitation, any foreign exchange fluctuation, currency regulation, alteration of duties, significant increase in the costs of labour, materials or other costs of manufacture), any change in delivery dates, quantities or specifications for the goods which is requested by the Customer, or any delay caused by any instructions of the Customer or failure of the Customer to give Bethal Signs adequate information or instructions.
Quotations are valid for 7 days only, unless specified otherwise. Steel prices & Vehicle Wrapping Vinyl are only valid for the same day as quoted.
Commencement of Work
No work will commence without a signed artwork proof and paid deposit for non-account holders or official purchase orders for account holders.
Minimum quantities may sometimes apply.
Installation Standing Time
Standing time (at installation) of R100.00 per hour will be charged to the customers' account, due to any factors not in the control of Bethal Signs.
Branded items must be paid in full with placement of order.
By Placing an order with Bethal Signs, you represent that you have the authority to order, purchase and/or distribute merchandise containing the names, trademarks, logos, copyrights etc identified and/or submitted with your order. You also agree to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Bethal Signs, its afiiliates and representatives from and against all claims, liabilities and expenses (including attorney fees) arising out of or related to an actual or alleged infringement or misappropriation of any trademark, copyright or any other proprietary right of such merchandise. This provision will remain in effect after the delivery of your order.
Proof of Payment
If you are not an account holder, please remit proof of payment at your earliest convenience. No delivery or collection will be allowed without proof of payment.
No branded items may be returned for credit for any reason whatsoever! Please see our Return Policy for more info.
Products in completion stage cannot be cancelled and full fee is applicable.
Approval of Artwork
By accepting / signing proof of artwork you are confirming the layout and artwork depicted. This includes sizes, quantities, spelling, format, colours, materials used etc. Bethal Signs will not be held responsible for any errors left on artwork. All specifications, drawings and particulars of weights, dimensions and performance issued by Bethal Signs are approximate only, Bethal Signs gives no warranty or representation that the goods will conform to such specification.
Branded samples can also be arranged, these will need to be paid for in full, and cannot be returned for a credit or refund.
Changes / Revisions
Once maximum number of changes and revisions have exceeded amount on quote, an additional charge per revision will be added and charged onto final invoice.
Loss / Damage
The Customer shall indemnify Bethal Signs on demand against all loss, damages, costs, and expenses awarded against or incurred by Bethal Signs in connection with or paid or agreed to be paid by Bethal Signs in settlement of any claim arising out of the following:
• infringement of any patent, copyright, design, trademark or other industrial or intellectual property rights of any other person which results from Bethal Signs use of the Customer’s specification; and/or
• any impracticality, inefficiency or lack of safety or other defect in the Goods where such defect is due (whether in whole or in part) to faults or omissions in information, drawings, designs, instructions, or specifications of the Customer.
• Bethal Signs reserves the right to make any changes in the specification of the goods which are (in Bethal Signs opinion) required to conform with any applicable statutory or EC requirements or, where the goods and/or Hire Equipment are to be supplied to Bethal Signs specification, which does not materially affect their quality or performance.
• Bethal Signs is not held responsible for any loss or damage once goods have left our premises.
• Bethal Signs shall not be required to process any order which in its opinion is or may be of an illegal or libellous nature and the Customer shall indemnify Bethal Signs on demand against any loss, damages, costs and expenses awarded against or incurred by Bethal Signs in connection therewith.
Warranty & Indemnity
Subject to the conditions set out Bethal Signs warrants that our workmanship will be free from defects for a period of 1 year. Warrantees on materials are from suppliers and may vary accordingly.
Clients will be notified of any delays on their orders, such delays can include but not limited to theft, riots, looting, loadshedding or materials being out of stock.
Artwork which is white will be the colour of the material. Our printers use CMYK while colours depicted on devices use light and RGB colour tones. Therefor colour will be closely matched as possible, final prints may differ due to these reasons.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours of the Products that appear on the Site. As the actual colours you see will depend on your computer’s monitor we cannot guarantee, however, that your monitor's display of any colour will be accurate.
Additional charges will be made for installation that exceeds the quoted installation time provided if was not within the control or knowledge of Bethal Signs.
Additional charges will be made for the use of Cherry Pickers / Scaffolding provided if was not within the control or knowledge of Bethal Signs. Clients are to ensure if jobs require any scaffolding etc that it is quoted for before quote acceptance.
Clients are to ensure to let us know if any certifications or safety files etc are required before accepting a quote.
Payment on a designing fee is limited to the labour of the designing work and time. Payment for designing does not include clients to receive such artwork in any format, editable or not, for personal or commercial use. An additional request for a quotation can be submitted for purchasing the artwork itself. All designs and artwork manufactured and created by Bethal Signs remains the property of Bethal Signs. All recreations of logos, artwork etc remains the property of Bethal Signs. Bethal Signs does not take responsibility for low pixel or blur images (our team will notify you of any pixilation or blurring of images) Clients are to ensure to supply high resolution images of a minimum of 300DPI
Bethal Signs Reserves the right to terminate any of the orders or jobs based on the following:
• The Customer makes any voluntary arrangement with its creditors or (being an individual or firm) becomes bankrupt or (being a company) becomes subject to an administration order or goes into liquidation (otherwise than for the purposes of amalgamation or reconstruction); or
• An encumbrancer takes possession, or a receiver is appointed, of any of the property or assets of the Customer; or
• The Customer ceases, or threatens to cease, to carry on business; or
Bethal Signs reasonably apprehends that any of the events mentioned above is about to occur in relation to the Customer and notifies the Customer accordingly.
The Customer is in breach of the provisions of the Contract and fails to remedy the same (if capable of remedy) within 7 days of Bethal Signs notifying the Customer of such breach.
If this clause applies then, without prejudice to any other right or remedy available to Bethal Signs, we shall be entitled to cancel the Contract or suspend any further deliveries under the Contract without any liability to the Customer, and if the Price has not been paid for, the Price shall become immediately due and payable notwithstanding any previous agreement or arrangement to the contrary.
